04 · Terms, in plain English

How paying works.

Paid by bank transfer. Invoices are PDFs with a number, like a business should send.

Half to start. The other half only after you approve the launch.
Payment plans on Growth and Signature (40 / 30 / 30). The total never changes.
You see a first design direction within 7 working days. If it isn't for you and you stop there, half your deposit comes back.
Transfer fees are paid by the client, so invoices arrive in full.
Founding clients: the first three get their first month of Care free, in return for an honest testimonial.

05 · Money questions

What if I need fewer pages?

The price stays the same. A package covers up to that many pages; using fewer is fine. It keeps quoting honest and fast.

What do I pay for hosting?

Usually nothing. Sites run on Cloudflare's free tier, on an account in your name. Care plans cover the work of looking after it, not the hosting bill.

Do you offer discounts?

No, but I do offer payment plans. The total never changes; how you spread it can.

What isn't included?

Photography, paid tools you choose (booking systems, call tracking), and your domain name. All of those stay in your name and on your card.
