Terms of use · last updated 23 October 2026
The small print, in plain words.
These terms cover this website and the free audit. Paid work is always agreed in a written proposal and contract, and those documents decide everything about a project.
Who I am
KT/Studio is a one-person studio run by Kalyan Tamarapalli. Contact: ktamarapalli01@gmail.com.
Prices and projects
Prices on this site are starting prices to help you plan. They're not an offer you can accept by clicking. A project starts only when we've both signed a proposal and contract and the deposit has been paid. If anything on this site differs from your signed contract, the contract wins.
The free audit
- It's a review of your home page using public, non-intrusive checks: the same things any visitor's browser can see. I never attempt to break in, test passwords, or run attacks against your site.
- Only ask for an audit of a site you own or are authorised to manage.
- The audit is my professional opinion, given free and in good faith. It isn't legal advice, and it doesn't guarantee your site is compliant with any law, accessibility standard or security requirement.
- I may decline any request without giving a reason.
The sample sites
The work shown here includes concept sites for fictional businesses. Their names, addresses, phone numbers, licence numbers, reviews and people are invented, and any resemblance to a real business is unintended.
Using this site
You're welcome to read, link to and share this site. The design, code, writing and images belong to me unless stated otherwise; please don't copy them for your own site or for resale. Links to other sites (for example published research) are provided for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content.
No guarantees
I work hard to keep this site accurate, available and secure, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from using this site or the free audit. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. The version that applies is the one on this page when you use the site.
