Privacy policy · last updated 23 October 2026
Only what you send.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts. This site only receives what you type into a form or send me by email.
Who is responsible
KT/Studio is a one-person studio run by Kalyan Tamarapalli, who decides how your information is used (the "data controller" or "data fiduciary"). Contact: ktamarapalli01@gmail.com.
What is collected
- Forms (free audit, start a project): your name, email address, website address, the plan you picked and your message.
- Emails you send me, and anything you choose to include in them.
- Hosting logs: like every website, the host briefly records technical details of each visit (IP address, browser, time, page) to keep the site running and secure. I don't use these to identify you.
Nothing is collected in the background. There are no cookies, so there's nothing to accept or decline.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to you and do the audit or quote you asked for: you asked for it, so this is the basis (steps you request before any contract).
- To keep a record of what was agreed if you become a client, and to meet tax and legal record-keeping duties.
Your details are never sold, rented, shared for advertising, or added to a mailing list.
Who handles it for me
- Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps the technical logs above.
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to my inbox.
- Google (Gmail) stores the emails.
These providers may store data in other countries, including the United States. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.
How long it's kept
Enquiries that don't become projects: up to two years after our last contact, then deleted. Client records (proposal, contract, invoices, emails): as long as the law requires me to keep them for tax and accounting, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time, except where the law requires me to keep a record.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw any consent you gave. Email me; I'll reply within 30 days and won't charge you. If you're unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
Security
The site stores nothing itself: there is no database to breach. The accounts that do hold your messages are protected with strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication. If something ever goes wrong that affects your information, I'll tell you promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that reduces your rights will be stated plainly.
